We have just had a call from our excellent solicitor and he told us the good news that my partner has been granted permanent residency. We have waited more than 8 months for EEA4 application.
If you got a strong case everything is possible, my partner overstayed for many years.
I am very understanding as well for Home Office and the waiting time, so be prepared to be patient.
