Citizenship or Briritsh passport

Post by kashifayub » Mon Feb 04, 2013 7:01 pm

Hi,
Me, My husband and my 2 year child (Born in UK) got ILR on 29 Aug 2012.
At that time we have to travel so applied for our son as well.
Now for our son should we apply for british passport directly or citizenship first? Or like us do my son has to spend 1 year on indefinite leave to qualify for british passport
