In-Country Tier-1 (G) Dependant's VISA timelines

The UKBA documentation is quite clear that you cannot make an in-country application for an initial leave to remain as a PBS dependant. Not sure what the confusion is on that. That is the simple reason for rejecting your application

its been almost 3 months that i have not received my nwborn visa or any other correspondence and guess what after emailing them twice i have now been told that my address was not updated on their system and they have sent urgent request to tema to send new biometric letter. CAN YOU IMAGINE>? my first email response was that letter will be posted in next few weeks or i can withdraw application if there is an urgent travel. after waiting few weeks i emailed aghain to inquire if they have posted the letter and now they tell me address is not updated. the address is already on application and i had also men tioned in my first email URRGHHHHHJ
