Give more details about your driving license.

1. Which country\state
2. Status of the license

I am afraid we are out of India, hence 10th Class certificate, our defacto officlial birth date proof, will not work here.

No need to send notarized passport if you have valid license.

Applying for HSMP - Don't have a birth certificate ?

Post by rahul_stb » Thu Mar 01, 2007 11:25 am

thanks for your reply...

I am applying from India/Delhi...

My driving licence is permanent and issued from Delhi.

They ask for two evidence
1. Birth Certificate
2. Driving Licence

And, in exceptional cases if you don't have any of above
then Notarised copy of passport is required.

I don't have any exceptional reason for not having birth certificate other than my Parents never had this in their mind....

What I can do now... ??

They need one, if i am not wrong

Birth Certificate OR Drivers License

If you do not have both, then you claim exceptional circumstances.

Is your DL one of those credit card like. Or the old copy one.

You need to show bank statements for HSMP but for earnings. Savings should be shown during EC.

Naric required ?

Post by rahul_stb » Fri Mar 02, 2007 12:21 pm

Thanks, Today I got confused regarding NARIC letter...

I hold B. Tech in computer engg. from TIT&S Bhiwani, Haryana, MDU.

Here, Many are suggesting to get NARIC done...

NARIC certification will cost me time which i am running short of...aorund 20 -25 days...

What is risk involved ? if I don't go for NARIC...

Thanks,
-Rahul
