UKBA Appoitnment..Cancellation Confusion

UKBA Appoitnment..Cancellation Confusion

Hi All,
I had booked appointment for me plus 1 dependent for 13Feb at Sollihul..
When i booked i got two email with subsequent ref No ending with 495 for 1000 AM and 496 for 1025 AM that day.
To my surprise i got an email today saying UKBA cancelled the appointment with ref No ending 495 (the 1000 AM one)

My worry is now will the appointment with ref no ending 406 (the 1025 one) is still valid..
If i login to my account i was able to see till yesterday the 1025 Appointment active..but when i login now can see the 1000 AM Appointment only and saying UKBA Cancelled.
Does anybody experienced something like this and any advice on how to check further on this will be highly appreciated

Call up/email UKBA to confirm the validity of your existing appointment.

Tel 08706067766 number. Ring at morning 9 am -9.15 am waiting time will be less. However average waiting time 30-40 minute.

How can you book 2 appointments on the same date with different times ?
are they from the same account or 2 different accounts.
UKBA might consider something wrong in it?

Like i booked for 11 feb with 4 dependants but i have the one appointment ref.

You can end up booking two appointments if - after you entered the details (names, dob etc), and wait for screen to update, and get error message. And you repeat the same again, because nothing appears on your account from the first attempt.

UKBA is aware of this. In my case, I asked UKBA to confirm if those both are valid, and asked one to be cancelled.

I called UKBA Today and they confirmed Apointment with ref No ending with 495 for 1000 AM is cancelled but the one with 496 for 1025 AM that day is still active...
They also replied to my email..Thanks for your help..
