I used priority postal service on my case, it says I can hear from UKBA within 10 days.. and I got it in 9 days (including weekends). you should be able to enroll your biometric within 2 days after you get the invitation letter for. I did, and today got an approval letter.

@confused007: Dude I think we are in the same situation, I did my biometrics on the 14th of January as well and am still waiting for my response from UKBA. Let me know if you hear back anything. Its been more than 2 weeks and counting
