urgent help...

our company got llicense on 24 jan..solicitor received password to the SMS the very next day..but id is not yet received..solicitor says that it will be sent to the employer..but he hasnt received anything till date..

what could be the reason?it is very stressful...i hav done biometrics 2 wks back and i fear abt the refusal?

what should we do now?

how did you manage to apply for visa when your employer does not have user id yet?

had to sent my appln without COS because of visa expiry

user id should be in the post already and your employer should receive soon

thank you..for your reply.but i would like to know if we can do something about it..my employer tried to contact ukba but coudlnt get through ....

your employer need to contact sponsor helpline 0300 123 4699

my employer did that.it says to contact them via mail..but to which email address we dont know.
