Non UK citizen husband & UK citizen wife living abroad

hi,
I got a friend who asked me for assistance, therefore am helping them to get occurate details.

Non UK citizen husband & UK citizen wife living abroad in deferent countires (not in UK), Married since 2004 , they got a 7 years old child (UK citizen), now they want to satell & work in UK under one roof. they got shared property registered in both names. also they used to live in the husband country before (evidence is available)
Questions:-
1) can husband apply for satellment UK visa?
2) what special requirements.

Tell your friend it will have an effect and he needs to provide evidence of their intervening devotion.

What good is this thread? You are not the applicant or the sponsor, and nor do you, yourself, have a clue what you are doing! It would be better if he asked his own questions and got his own answers based on first hand information or sought proper professional advice. But not before he had read everything in the link, as asking random questions in lieu of this is pointless.

last question please? does it require to have knowledge of UK life test certification or just meet english language requirement (& which certification)?
