No, I am applying now, but in that I can mention the preference where I can take the ceremony and I want to make sure that I give them the place where I get quick appointments

Most councils only allow a certain number of people per ceremony and only offer ceremonies on certain days or private ceremony which costs extra.

So your question would be a bit difficult to answer as it will depend on the volume of applicants per council and the time of year as some periods are busier than others.

I got a cermony appointment within 9 days of receiving my approval letter. You could phone the councils and ask in general what their waiting times are.

It would entirely depend on how many certificates they receive at the time of your approval. If I was you, I would cross the Bridge when I get there. If I remember correctly, our local council has a capacity of 52 per Ceremony.
