Incorrect forms - Set(M) and Set(F) can only be used if applying within the UK for ILR.

Does your wife have a vailid UK visa?

They will need to apply for entry clearance as the spouse and child of a settled person using form VAF4A.

What is your status? are you a UK national or someone with a settlement status.

Had you daughter been born when you obtained this status?

HI, I have an ILR since 12/12/2012 and my daughter was born on 10/08/2012.

i have applied for ILR because i became eligible on 12/06/2012 but UKBA didn't issue the visa until 12/12/2012.

You daughter is not a British Citizen and not eligible to apply for registration.

If you proceed to apply for naturalisation, you could add your child to your application.
