Tier 1 (General) extension - Postal vs PEO

Post by sharmaalok000 » Mon Feb 11, 2013 4:38 pm

Hi,

Following are the dates of my current Tier 1 (General) Visa and PEO appointment -

My First LTR : 1st May 2010 to 1st May 2013
PEO Appointment (assumption) : 1st April 2013

Most likely new LTR : 1st April 2013 to 1st April 2015

So if I see my full Tier-1 Visa validity covers only 4 years 11 months -
1st May 2010 to 1 April 2015

So My question is that - Would I be eligible to apply for ILR (after 2 years, without going for 2nd Tier-1 extension) even though I do not have valid Tier 1 (General) Visa for 5 years (Assuming I would not leave UK for more than 90 days per year for all 5 years)?

Or I should go through post to get full 5 year valid coverage by Tier 1 (General) visa.

Thanks in advance for all your help and time!
