University Letter for English language requirement

Hi All,

Can you please pass on a format for the English language requirement letter from the university (in India)?

- Letter must be on the university letter head
- The letter must state that the medium of instruction and the examination are in English
- Name of the candiate, register number of the candidate, name of the degree and year completed. (Does the letter also have to show the date the degree was awarded?)
- The letter must be signed by the registar.

Can you let me know if anything is missing from this checklist?
