Q 6.1 SET O Form - Urgent

Post by Gagan1986 » Tue Jan 22, 2013 12:37 pm

I am a work permit holder and filling in the application form.
Q- when did you first enter UK? This refers to the date of your first entry into the UK at the beginning of the period of stay on which this application is based?

I was on Fresh Talent Visa and then switched to 5 yr work permit while I was in UK. Should I put the date when my work permit was stated?

WP switch date. As a note, mention 'in country application/approval'.
Please do not send me PM if I haven't sent you one yet.

Notes to Q 6.1

Post by jonkil » Mon Feb 11, 2013 9:16 pm

How do you mention the note 'in-country application / approval' ? Would that be at the bottom of the question outside the fill-in boxes or do you attach a separate page with notes where applicable?

There is no provision on the form to put that. What category of visa was your in country application approved? Are you going for PEO appt?

The in-country application was approved for a Tier 1. I am going for a PEO, yes
