Queries on Name change and "dependent to HSMP" con

Dear Sir,

I am from India. Could you please answer my following queries related to HSMP.

1. While I was doing my studies, My name was spelled as “Sreenivas Nattinuru”. After I have done my studies, I have started using “Srinivas Nathinuru” as my name. Because of this, my degree certificates are with the earlier name and my passport, experience certificates are with a differently spelled name. Of late, I prepared an affidavit with a Laywer in India stating that both names refer to the one and the same name and that is to me.

[list] a. Would this be sufficient for processing HSMP application?
b. Is there anything that I can do to help this situation?[/list]
2. I am currently in UK as a work permit dependant. Since, I am a dependant to a work permit holder, I am thinking that I should be doing the following. Could you please confirm this to me.

[list] a. I should file a HSMP form.
b. After that, Since I can’t do a in country transfer to HSMP, I need to go back to my parent country and file for a HSMP visa separately.[/list]
