I'm planning to switch from Tier 2(ICT) to Tier 2(General). The following is my visa details

Original CoS:
Date of issue: 12-Nov-09
Start date: 23-Nov-09
End date: 23-Nov-11

Extension CoS:
Date of issue: 31-Oct-11
Start date: 24-Nov-11
End date: 23-May-13

Please can anyone tell me If I'm eligible to switch. Any quick response will be appreciated as my sponsor is waiting for me to give this information.
