Visa Status for Baby Born in UK

Post by prince05 » Wed Feb 13, 2013 5:25 pm

Hi,

Both myself and my wife have ILR and we have qualified for British Citizenship but unsure whether to forego our Indian Nationality at the moment. We have decided to stay on ILR for time being.

We are expecting our first baby in few months and do not want British Citizenship for our baby. We want our baby to have Indian Passport and probably ILR status. Is this possible? Can anyone help and provide suggestions.

Thanks in advance :)
