Hi Nice,
If u are company director with 100% share holder and only taking dividends then u can submit the following docs from accountant.I submitted the following and the case was approved
1) Accountant letter incorporating your name DOB with your registered address confirming a) u are company director with 100% share holder and entitle to 100% profit of the company b) The total amount of Dividend taken during income period you are claiming along with dividend dates c) confirmation that it has been paid to your personal account during the period.
2) Dividend Vouchers
3) Company accounts
4) Company Incorporation Certificate
Ensure that u carry personal bank statement to backup dividend income.
Pl do go thru guidance notes also for clarity.
