ILR for Child under 2 Years Living

Post by evershineforu » Fri Feb 08, 2013 9:07 pm

I am eligible for ILR on 5 year route (HSMP/TG1) but my wife and kid joined me in July 2011 so it is under 2 years of living in UK - all of our visa is expiring in March.

In this case, will my child will be eligible to apply along with me for ILR though he didn't live 2 years in UK?

Please any experienced and experts advise is much appreciated.

319J does not have a two year requirement.
