Help Related to ILR for my Wife

Hello I am seeking help from you guys as I am currently on Tier-1 Visa and my wife she is dependent of my Tier-1 .I finished my 5 years and now applying ILR but my wife she just spend less then 2 years as my dependent .I am confuse which application form shall I fill her as she is NOT eligible for ILR or she still going to apply as my Tier-1 Dependent?as her visa is going to expire with same date as mine which end of March.Please advice me on this matter which form shall i fill.

She will need to make an application as dependent of a Tier 1 migrant, until she has completed a period of 2 years as your spouse, and she will then be eligible for ILR.
