idea for just dividend and Bank statment,no salary?

Could you anyone please tell me,,,


For ~ILR i need 35 points towards earning and i have just Dividend +Bank statment and accountant letter,,,,i mean i have no pay slip as it is not salaried case,,,,,,,,is this ok?

mean legally a director can take just dividend with no salary,,,and above proof is ok?

I think there should be no issue if you only takes dividend, it could be even more straight forward
