Hi,

I'm going to apply for Tier 2(ICT) to Tier 2(General). I have a sponsor and all that is cleared. The problem I have now is I need to travel back to India on March 4th to serve out my notice period. I have been told that I cannot apply for Tier 2(General) when I go back to India. Please can anyone tell me what options do I have.
