Tier 2 Dependent ICT

Hi

I have a tier 2 dependent visa and will be traveling to UK Soon. My employer wants to retain me in UK. Do they need to put in a fresh tier 2 ICT petition for me or my existing visa makes me eligible for starting work on arrival.

Hi Divya,

Can u pls post the kind of job they are offering you? Tier 2 ICT dependants are eligible to work in Uk except for dentist/doctors in practice, which for sure you don't seem to be!!. You shd be hence able to work straightaway.
This is the tier 2 ict long term partner right?
