Impact of Tier-2 cooling off on Tier-1 Dependent visa

Hi,

I had been working in the UK on Tier-2 ICT visa for 2 years, sponsored by my employer in India. On return, I applied for Tier-1 dependent and have a valid dependent visa.

Can I go back to UK immediately on my dependent visa and

1) work on payroll of my current company who had sponsored my ICT? Will the 12 months cooling of period apply to me and my company's ability to allow me to work for them in UK as they are only paying me and not sponsoring me?
2) search for job in UK. Will the cool off impact the company who plan to sponsor me from within the UK?
