Hi,

I have a Indefinite leave to remain in Uk and my wife has been granted 36 month dependent visa .

I think that she has no restrictions on her work conditions but I cannot find this anywhere on the uk border agency website .

I used to be on Tier -2 visa and I can see on the website that no working restrictions apply for Tier -2 dependents.

Do the same rules apply for ILR dependants ?

Can anyone send me the relavent link please
