Dear all I am british citizen live and work in Germany for over 2years, my

wife join me last year February 2012 as directive 2001/83/ec ,my job

well ended next month ,we would like to go back to uk we are going to use

surender singh route, we got appointment for 26 02 2013 in ukba world B

IN GERMANY ,my question is . list of that document will be enough? 1.my

british passport copy 2.german registration work 3.letter from me say we

are travel together.....4,iraqe marriage certificate translated to English

5,my wife Iraqi passport and german RC card,6.wedding photo we are

marred since 2010 in Iraq ,7,our saving bank account , What else we may

need it please if you can give us advice ,we are really appreciate,

In addition to the listed documents you will also need your work contract and payslips. you do not need to provide your bank account details.

thank you very much ,frei ,for reply back , yes I do have work contract and I have 2 many my monthly income payslip , thanx again,do you think I need any things eals?

I would not provide either of these.

Bring pay slips covering 3 months if you have them.

I always think it is prudent to copy everything.

Note also that the same material you submit now is what you will need to submit after arrival in the UK for a Residence Card to be issued.
