how did you get acknowledgement letter by e-mail or post?
I have applied on the same date, if you got your letter by e-mail can you share email address you got it from so I can check my spam folder.

happy waiting. Just stop thinking about it, thats work.waiting times are short those days. Now is waiting for invitation letter and ceremony but that should't take long.

Some comments:
1. I was overseas for 6 weeks due to a family emergency so do not know when the approval letter was sent. But I did send an email to UKBA stating this fact.
2. Called local council on 22 April to arrange for ceremony. No mention was made of the 21 days from date of approval restriction. Ceremony scheduled for 29 April.
3. I did state an alternative council for ceremony in my application, but the approval letter still states my local council as the ceremony location.
4. I did not include details of my parents details in the citizenship application form as I was sure it has no bearing on my application.

no idea, still did't get my one. Also says do not contact us in next two weeks. So chill out, you will get it one day.
