I have 9 months left on my visa Tier 1 gen
Can i call my wife and son as a dependent , from india

Please advise

I read the whole glossary cant find any details which says i should have
so many month sof visa before i call my family.

You can apply for your dependent visa as long as your visa is valid (even by 10 days).

WHEN I APPLIED HER VISA FOR THE FIRST TIME I APPLIED IN HER MAIDEN NAME AND WE GOT THE VISA BUT KNOW SHE HAS GOT A NEW PASSPORT WITH MARRIED NAME DOES IT MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE OR DO I HAVE TO DO ANYTHING DIFFERENTLY.

Please experts advise me if i have to add anything else. Like the forms are correct/maintenance fees /does she has to submit her old passport also etc etc . My friend said that know we have do all online is it true.

The form doesn't say how much is the visa fees as well.
