Hi friends

I have a question in page 12 c6 which
1)Do you have any passport/travel document which contains a previous grant of leave or which you you used when u last travelled to u.k?

1)yes
2)No

my situation is i came from india on visa and i am living in u.k since 4 years with out any travel to any where else.So any one plz tell me the answer as i am applying for visa next week?

It is supposed to be asking if you have another passport that contains the visa with which you last entered the UK. Unless you have re-newed or replaced the passport that contains the visa with which you entered the UK, you can answer no.
