Spouse Visa India Granted in 5 Days

Applied last week on Monday 11/02/2013 at Jalandhar, application in processing in New Delhi on 16/02/2013, had a call this evening to collect my passport tomorrow. I'm so anxious right now because I have not heard anyone getting visa in 5 working days.

You have a history of previous application, refusal and failed appeal.

The bad news can be anything.. good news is that there is a slight chance that based on previous applications and the documents that you submitted, they may be happy with any additional lengths that you may have gone to in order to get the visa..

Wait patiently, see what happens and let us know of the result..

Hello Indi007

I am very happy to hear that. In the meantime, I will be applying from india for my spouse visa too. I am unemployed for 1 year in india but my spouse s been earning over £19000 in UK.

Just a quick question do I need to be working and my bank balances as i will be the applicant and my sponsor is my wife.?

Please help

desmortess.. They will only look at your sponsor's employment. If their gross annual income is over 18,600 - you are safe to apply.
