spouse visa application

Post by shon » Fri Feb 22, 2013 9:05 pm

Hello Immigrationboard

My husband is living in UK on ILR and I am on his spouse visa. My visa is going to expire in april 2013.

I understand I need to extend to my visa using FLR (M) form.

Can anyone help me please what supporting documents I need to provide and do I need to attach photo copies of supporting documents as well?

Best Regards,

vinny

Why are you not applying for settlement?

I think that the form and guidance suggests what documents to supply.

The test is changing soon, why not revise non stop read the whole book and take the test now. That would be sensible than extending with flr, paying more money and wasting time and maybe having to sit a more difficult test next month!

following originals should be provided if possible.

Doctors / nhs card and letters
bank statements.
bills
your p60 if possible.
tax documents i.e hmrc docs
property document
photo graphs

please make sure these papers are containing your name and some should also contain your husband names. as these docs are used to prove that you have lived with your husband for past tow years or so.
