ILR - absense more than 180 days

Post by ilrlondon » Sat Feb 23, 2013 11:02 am

I am an Tier 2 ICT having absense of 210 days in year but if its split in to multiple year its under 180 days rule. I have travel request raised from Company portal were its clearly mentioned for the purpose of visit is it holds good as evidence ? and its approved by all line managers.

Is above evidence fine or still need to get employer letter for these absense.

Its fine if the travel request is on the company letterhead.
Thanks!
