URGENT HELP REQUIRED -TIER 2 GENERAL CHANGE OF EMPLOYMENT

HI ALL GURUS,
I am in Tier 2 General Visa as a Database Analyst. I want to change my employer and I got the offer as well and they will also sponsor me as well. My question is that my Previous Job title is in NQF level 3 now and though I am in Tier 2 already then Can I apply for the same job title(Database Analyst) and Did my new company need to advert the job to Job Center plus or not? though Thay have advert in their website and also an agency working for them and that agency actually manage the job for me. According to the CHANGE OF EMPLOYMENT APPLICATIONS guide

Same job, different employer
Employers do not need to demonstrate that they have advertised such a post again and normally a caseworker wouldn’t require to see the person’s qualifications or references again. If a caseworker has any doubts about previous evidence of a person’s qualifications or experience, however, they can request that such information is submitted again (see Qualifications of the Worker/ Experience of the Worker).

I am confused.

Unfortunately, work permits no longer exist. You need to look at the guidance for Tier 2. They need to fulfill the requirements of RLMT, which are dependent on the field you are working in and the level of work that you do, i.e. some jobs can be advertised in specialist outlets only. This may or may not apply to your situation.

You will essentially need to make a fresh application for a Tier 2 (you will not need to show maintenance). I am not entirely sure about the implications of NQF 3 if this was the level that your application because you were previously granted leave with it, I think that parts ok. Gurus might be able to fill you in a bit better.
