Dependent application for ILR dependent

Post by globalindian » Sat Feb 23, 2013 11:58 am

Hi,

I am planning to apply for ILR. However my spouse is currently in India.
If my ILR application gets approved can you please advise in what route I can bring my wife to UK either as a dependent or a direct ILR applicant?

She has completed 2 years stay in UK in total (not continuous) but is currently in India on holiday for 4 months.

Thanks :?

Does she still have unexpired leave as your PBS dependent?

She was initially on Tier 2 ICT extension which has expired already. Now I am not sure which category she can apply again. I think even my company cannot bring her in Tier 2 dependent if I have an ILR. Please advise the best route.

After you are granted ILR, she may apply for a spouse visa.
