ILR approved - One missing supporting document

Hi All,

My wife and I have been lucky enough to receive our paperwork back stating that our BRP will be with us in 7 working days. I can only assume that this constitutes approval.

I have completed an audit of all my paperwork and unfortunately, it seems that they have not returned my parents original marriage certificate. Does anybody know the quickest way to have this looked into? My brother needs to apply for ILR (also Ancestral route) next month so needs this specific document.
I’d really appreciate any guidance.
