Set (O) Form Version

Hi dear members I am going to apply this Friday(01-03-13) for my ILR via PEO service, and just want to confirm that
1. Is the set (O) Form version 12/2012 still the latest version or any new version of this form has been launched or any news of launching new version of this Form till first March 2013?

2. Secondly is the on line service still down because of maintenance work by ukba? it was announced by ukba that service will be down from 19 to 21 February 2013. but I still cant access my on line account on ukba website today (24-02-2013). tried through google chrome, internet explorer, Firefox but in vain.

It is down asmany others have been trying but it's not working. Try at midnight u shld be fine.

I have seen the link you have sent me , is there any change in this updated form ( dated 03 Jan. 2013) as compared to that one published on 13 December 2012? because I have already filled that form in (definitely that is version 12/2102 also)

Version (12/2012) is still the same but there was small change in doc which was related to sequence numbers.

Earlier sq no. 6.3 was mentioned twice for two different fields now once.
