PLEASE ANSWER MY QUERY
THE CASE IS AS UNDER


1.WIFE CAME AS DEPENDENT OF WORK PERMIT HOLDER IN JANUARY 2010

2.HUSBAND SWITCHED OVER TO HSMP IN 2010 AND SHE FOLLOWED BY CHANGING AS DEPENDENT OF HSMP HOLDER.
3.HUSBAND GOT HIS INDEFINITE LEAVE IN OCTOBER 2011. INDEFINITE LEAVE WAS GRANTED BASED ON 5 YEARS ON WORK VISA ( I.E WP + HSMP)
4.WIFE GOT HER FLR M IN JANUARY 2013.

Letter received with approval of FLR M , from UKBA says that her further application in marriage category will be assessed under section 284 or 287 or 295D OR 295G OF IMMIGRATION RULES. ( WHAT ARE THESE RULES)


QUESTION.

When Can wife apply for Indefinite leave , if yes then what forms should be used. ??
And what case references , if any , should be used.

When you say HSMP do you mean HSMP or do you mean tier 1 general?

tier 1 general in as it was in mid 2010
