Hi
can somebody suggest that travel to Indian on Indian passport after obtaining passport is legal or illegal?

Is there any penalty somebody has to pay while applying OCI if somebody travelled to India on Indian passport after grant of UK naturalisation ?

How can find the amount of penalty to pay is did so ?

you can use your indian passport for travel for upto 3 months after naturalisation.
any use beyond 3 month grace period is liable for fine £145 per travel.

also check renunciation of indian citizenship
