HI All,

My initial application was rejected due to earnings problem, not submitted SARAL , but i have met the english requriement with university letter,
i have taken IELTS test also and below are details,

Listening : 6
Reading : 6
Writing : 5
Speaking : 6
Overall Band Score : 6
as i have not got 6 in writing can i submitt this or not ,

please advise

Overall band 6 is fine

You IELTS score is fulfilling the required score of Band 6 (Overall Band, not the individual scores) for the HSMP application.

You can go ahead with this score without any confusion or fear.
