Hi i got my PR one year ago after being married to EEA national but we are divoced now can i invite my son who is 14yrs back in Africa throw EEA route?Thanx

You may be able to do you under the immigration rules, if you are the primary carer, with the permission of the other parent, if he or she is available.

Yes i am the primary carer because i was not married ,thanks for ur advice i will try to apply for him.
