days out for child

Post by masoud_ahmad » Mon Feb 25, 2013 11:50 pm

Hi,

Is there any requirement for the child to be out from UK for the application of Naturalisation?

I have just got ILR and wanted to apply for Naturalisation for both my kids. And in the last 5 years they were out total of 479 out from UK. Does this a problem in getting the naturalisation certificate? I am applying in category of section 1(3).

Many thanks for help and answering the questions.

If kids were born in the UK, then there are no problems.
