Got Early Appt - Has anyone got ILR eariler than 28 days?

Hi,
I managed to get an appointment for 10th March 2013. I become eligible for ILR on 16th March (which is 28th days before my visa expires). I don't complete exactly 5 years because I entered UK in May 2008 but there is now allowance for upto 3 months which is fine.

Now my question is, though in theory, I can apply only 28 days before the Visa Expiry.i.e. 16th March, can I actually go for the premium appointment on 10th March? Will UKBA allow it?

Has anyone tried premium appointment for ILR earlier than 28 days before visa expiry or eligibility?
