Tier 1 Extension- Dependant- *Urgent Query *

Hi Seniors/ Members

I am applying with my dependants next week for Tier 1 extension. Few queries:

1. My dependents came along with me when I came to UK and they are living with me since 2010, to the same address, I am planning to submit my spouse current account Bank statement. Is that Ok to submit the recent one or do I have to submit for the complete 1 year cycle?

2. Secondly for my child I am planning to submit a letter from the children centre which has address on it and admission date of July 2011. Is that Ok?

For tier 1 extension, you don't have to prove that. You only have to prove this for ILR. Please read guidance notes.

For extension, you only need to show maintenance funds for all your dependent.
