tier 1 extension difficult filling new form

please help me on this question.
I have some query filling my form for tier 1 extension main applicant and for my dependant.
if any help it will be great.
1-In main applicant form if I do not send again my degree certificate and marriage certi. do I need to send photocopy?
2-In dependant application form SECTION H BRP.
There is a direct question about BRP that What is your BRP number ?
now the problem is that my dependants first visa issued on passport(sticker visa)we do not have BRP. And there is not a any question like main application form that Have you issued with BRP ?
so I can select y/n answer.
so what shall I write on this section.
3- in SECTION Q Supporting Document
Evidence of care arrangements if you are under 18 years old
what document do I need for my 9 years old son.
