document list for new born T1 dependent

Hi expert,

i am going to apply T1 dependent for my little girl who was born in UK last month.

do they need oringal my passport / BRP or just copy of them should be enough? do not want without passport for another 5 months....

the rest i prepared is bank statement (90 days), birth certifacate and my daughter's passport.

anyone know this? as baby may not travel this year but be sure travel sometimes with us for holidays before my ILR (3 years later)

Full UK Birth Certificate
Original Passport of new born baby
Copy of BRP of main applicant
Proof of maintenance fund

i would like to know the minimum funds in this case.

actually he born in UK and went to India. now planning to apply for visa him since we couldn't get here 1 day service appointment.

I applied for my new born daughter last year and i sent

3 month bank statement where pay was coming
3 recent pay slips
baby passport original
copy of my passport main page
copy of my visa page (as I do not have BRP)
2 baby photo
statement of my saving account where i had 2000 pounds for 90 days 800 (for me) + 533 (my wife) + 533 (my daughter)
baby birth certificate with me and my mrs name printed on it

Applied in early april, BRP registration letter came after two weeks and BRP+passport recieved 4 weeks after BRP registration

I am trying to book an appointment before 6th april 2013 but my baby's 16 months old her first passport is stuck at pakistani embassy as they said we are facing printing issue , baby was born here, if i take her to PEO for appointment without passport will UK BA issue BRP To her ?
I have her birth certificate , maintenance fund and also pakistani english overseas NICOP. , could any one please reply ?
