Going to india for marriage before ILR qualifying date

Hi
I came to UK on 9th of May 2002 so according to that I would qualify for my ILR on 9th of April 2007 (this year) .

If I go to India for attending my sister's marriage from 4th April and come back on 21st April .

and apply for ILR later on means in April end or May starting .Would that be fine or should I get ILR stamped first on 9th April and then go to India .

Please advise.

does'nt matter when you get ILR done as long as you have enough FLR left, also its not a month before your eligibility date but 28 days, ie you will be eligible on 11th of April, hope this helps :)
