my spouse visa will be submitted after the docs done and filled in
part 2 place of issue and issuing authority

she can not find this information on her pakistani passport which she submitted this at jhelum town pakistan and received it back from jhelum pak
is the issuing authority nadra or the islamic republic of pakistan?
and therefore the place of issue Jhelum pakistan
