Family Visitor Visa Query

My Albanian fiance and I are getting married in June and his mum, sister and 2 brothers want to apply for visas to come over for the wedding. Does anybody know, how far in advance you can apply for a family visitor visa?

Some places on the internet say no more than 3 months in advance but I just wanted to see if anyone on here knew from experience?

Visit visas are issued for 6 months duration and so, if you want them to come over for June you can apply for their visas today(... the next working day) and still travel without having to post-date the visa by 3 months.
