Hi,

Stamped ILR on 16April2012, Can anyone suggest when I can apply for Naturlisation,

Fee going to increase after 6th April

Well you will be eligible to apply only on or after 16 April 2013, so I'm afraid you will have to pay the higher fee. Well the new fees are to be hiked from £851 to £874 if you are a single applicant, which represents a 2.7% increase. The more substantive hike is for joint applications which is set to increase by 18% from £1317 to £1550.

Naturalization fee you mean.it's only 6 day.it can take up to a month.please next time open a topice for your queries.here thr time line only!!!

in AN application form on page 3 1.7 Name at birth if different from above. (If the names you have given are different or spelt differently from the name shown on your passport, please explain why on page 13).
i changed my sir name after i got married and it also shows in my passport (mehreen RAHEEL) .i had a different sir name before i got married and it is not in my present passport (mehreen AZEEM) . should i put that previous sir name AZEEM here?
