Business visit during Tier 4

Hi

I'm about to graduate and I'm thinking of conducting some business meetings with accountants and lawyers to establish a business. My Tier 4 will run out in July, but can I leave the country and come back in as a business visitor? That is, can I enter as a business visitor even when my Tier 4 is still valid?

The course ends in April, but T4 visa ends in July. I'm planning to leave in March and come back in May.

Yes. You can visit and come. But it's very very dangerous.

If the course is complete, they have the right to send you back. Even if you tell them that you will apply from inside UK, they can still refuse entry.

It's better to get enrolled in a new course and then go.

But I'm planning to come in as a Business Visitor whilst my T4 visa is still valid.

You cannot have two simultaneously valid UK visas at the same time.

When you apply for a new visa, your previous visa will be cancelled.

So, even if you apply for Business visitor visa from abroad, your Tier 4 visa will become invalid straight away. You cannot be a Student and Business Visitor at the same time.
