[Help] need evidence for urgent treatment?

In-country apply.

My visa will be expired 31st Mar.. I need Hsmp approval to apply EC, then go back my country for a 1-2 months medical treatment.

Is it logical to require an urgent treatment? Do I have to attach evidence? :?

As I live Sheffield, Can I hand in my documents in person?

Grateful anyone could advise please!~

no they don't require evidence but if u can attach it, it would be great.

Yes you can hand it over at sheffield, it should not be a problem.
